The app provides a 72-hour trial period, allowing users to download and explore its features free of charge before making a purchase through an In-App Purchase option.

Developed by the creators of Lehra Studio, Raaga Studio aims to assist tabla players and students in refining their accompaniment skills. By integrating performances from acclaimed musicians, users can practice alongside a rich tapestry of musical styles.

The application features an extensive library of Indian Classical, Semi-Classical, and Dhun recordings performed by renowned artists. Notably, these recordings are offered without tabla, presenting an invaluable opportunity for tabla players to engage directly with the music.

In its initial release, Raaga Studio showcases a diverse array of recordings that span various taals and raags, performed on instruments such as Bansuri, female vocals, sitar, and santoor. It also encompasses multiple genres of Indian music, including Indian Classical, Thumri, Chaiti, Bhajan, Ghazal, and Dhun.

Users can benefit from a metronome feature to assist in maintaining proper timing while practicing. Additionally, the alaap option allows for mood-setting prior to beginning accompaniment sessions.

Raaga Studio includes essential tools for customization; users can adjust the pitch of compositions to align with their tabla using the Tuner and Fine-tune slider functions. The tempo slider facilitates tempo adjustments, enhancing user control over practice sessions. Fast-forward and rewind buttons aid in navigating compositions efficiently. Separate volume sliders for both the Tuner and Raaga further allow customization of audio levels to suit individual preferences.
